What Drives Us

Art education that inspires as much as it informs.

Built on over 25 years of practice, research, and values — designing Art & Design provision that empowers teachers and learners alike.

Built for Leaders Who Want Results That Last

Suzanne Rodgers — Art Educator, Consultant, and Practising Artist

SR Creative Curriculum Consultancy works in partnership with schools to design and deliver Art & Design provision that achieves academic excellence, inspires creative ambition, and nurtures deeper thinking, about students themselves and the world around them.

Founded by Suzanne Rodgers, a senior subject leader with an MA from UCL Institute of Education, published researcher, and practising artist, we bring over 25 years of subject expertise, curriculum innovation, and leadership to every project.

We’ve helped schools raise standards, energise staff teams, and build curriculum models that balance academic rigour with creative risk-taking, personal growth, and genuine engagement.

Whether launching a new department, reviewing exam pathways, or preparing for inspection, we bring strategic clarity and creative intelligence — guided by a lasting passion for art, education, and the people who make both thrive.

Professional Voices

“Suzanne introduced fresh ideas that inspired students to take creative risks. Her thoughtful, research-informed approach helped the art department balance creativity with strong outcomes.”
M. Giles, Head of School, Invicta Grammar School, Kent

“I was struck by Suzanne’s ability to show how simple shifts in approach, focusing on process over product, can transform how students engage with art. Her ideas are practical and inspiring.”

Simone Maier, Lecturer, London Metropolitan University

“What I really appreciate in Suzanne’s work is how she treats creative processes as a way of asking questions and making sense of things. That kind of perspective feels relevant and useful in so many cultural and educational settings.”
