We provide curriculum consultancy, training, and advisory services tailored to client needs. All services are subject to availability and agreement in writing, typically via email or proposal.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees are agreed in advance and are payable as outlined in the invoice or written agreement.
Invoices must be paid within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
Late payment may result in delayed delivery of services or cancellation.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a booked service:
Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice where possible.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session may be subject to a fee.
We reserve the right to reschedule sessions in the event of unforeseen circumstances and will offer alternative times wherever possible.
5. Intellectual Property
All materials, resources, curriculum designs, and presentations we provide are the intellectual property of SR Creative Curriculum Consultancy Ltd unless otherwise stated.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without our written permission.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client information and documentation as confidential and will not share or disclose information without explicit consent, unless required by law.
7. Liability
We aim to provide high-quality and professional services, but we do not guarantee any specific outcomes, including academic performance, inspection results, or student attainment.
We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
